CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT DESIGN AND BUILD

Our role in the construction management field we oversee the design and management following all regulations to plan, manage, monitor and coordinate health and safety in the pre-construction phase of a project, identifying, eliminating or controlling foreseeable risk. In addition, we as construction managers prepare the critical path to ensure all the sub-contractors in all disciplines cooperate and coordinate the architectural and engineer field work. During the course of the construction we monitor the workers to follow all OSHA and cooperation with their fellow workers to maintain a safe and healthy un-obstructive site condition.
